Account details you provide (name, work email, company), technical data needed to operate the service (IP address, browser type, timestamps), and usage data such as API calls, error rates and feature interactions.

When you connect a social media account, we process the tokens and content that integration requires, strictly to deliver the functionality you requested.

To provide and secure the platform, authenticate requests, prevent abuse, support billing, respond to your messages, and improve reliability and performance.

We rely on performance of a contract for service delivery, legitimate interests for security and product improvement, consent where required (for example marketing email), and legal obligations for accounting records.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with processors that host, monitor or support the service, with the social platforms you choose to connect, and with authorities where legally required.

Account data is kept while your account is active and for as long as needed to meet legal and accounting obligations. Operational logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted or anonymised.

Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Write to us and we will respond within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.

Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited on a need-to-know basis, and credentials for connected platforms are stored encrypted at rest.

If this policy changes materially, we will notify account holders by email or an in-app notice before the change takes effect.
